Z. REISS & ASSOCIATES PURCHASE ASSETS & ENTER INTO CONTRACT TO BUY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY FROM M. ROTHMAN & CO

Ramsey, NJ, July 23, 2012 — Electronics supplier Z. Reiss & Associates Inc. (ZReiss) www.zreiss.com announced today that its affiliate subsidiary, Z. Rothman Inc., has purchased assets of M. Rothman & Co. Inc. and has entered into an agreement to purchase intellectual property from M. Rothman & Co., Inc. Z. Rothman Inc. is now d/b/a The M. Rothman Group. The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
For over 30 years, ZReiss has been the preferred single source supplier for hundreds of cameras, electronics, and hi-tech retailers nationwide and is recognized as a leader in electronics and camera distribution in the New York area and nationwide. “By leveraging our prior experience in the electronics industry from our successes with Z. Reiss & Associates and with the purchase of M. Rothman’s assets, we will have the opportunity to increase our consumer base and distribution while continuing the legacy and values which have been established,” said Zalmen Reiss, CEO of Zreiss’ M. Rothman Group.
