Whether I’m running or walking or biking in the Blue Hills, I prefer to leave any instrumentation behind. I even turn off the stroke counter on my Water Rower when I am working out at home. I just hate looking down at any device that tells me, after what feels like 20 minutes of work, that I have been at it only for five.
